Last February, Frank Pascuzzi of Long Island, New York, legally changed his name the Santa Claus. He always plays Santa around the holidays and was born on Christmas Day, so he changed his name to Santa Claus. It says so on his driver’s license.
This Santa doesn’t run a toy factory at the North Pole; he works for a sprinkler company on Long Island during the off season. His wife’s name is Betty and instead of elves, he has four children.

The Long Island Santa Claus was recently called to jury duty and responded to his call for his civic deed. He didn’t appear in court wearing his red suit, instead, he was wearing jeans, sneakers and a red shirt with Santa and his reindeer on the back.

Santa didn’t have to stay in court very long though; the murder case he was called on was dismissed.
