Maine Gas Prices Down Slightly; National Gas Prices Are Higher

According to the price-monitoring website GasBuddy.com, the average for a gallon of gas in Maine was down just under two cents a gallon this week for an average of $1.776. However, nationally the average was up about one and a half cent per gallon to $1.711.

The lowest gas prices reported in Maine, came in from Orono at $1.55 per gallon.
