If you win the $1.3 billion lottery and you can’t decide what to do with the money, the Playboy Mansion is for sale. Playboy Enterprises has the famous Hugh Heffner home for sale somewhere around $200 million.
The Playboy Mansion is known for some of the wildest parties in Hollywood but it may have seen its better days. The house was built in 1927 and a source says the house needs to be torn down and the real value is in the property. The 6 acres the mansion sets on is where the value is.
Several strings are attached to the buy: whoever buys the Playboy Mansion is required to let Hugh Heffner live in the house until he dies and prospective buyers can tour the property and house EXCEPT for Hef’s bedroom.
