Freaky the Scary Snowman, aka Frosty's scary twin travels around the country doing what he does best, scaring unsuspecting people as they walk by. He is one of the main reasons I do not get to sleep at a reasonable hour, and it just so happens that Freaky showed up in Portland, and the results were very entertaining.
