Get ready for the Spirit Of The Season on Saturday, December 8th in Livermore Falls. The fun-filled day will start that morning at 10 with Santa's Workshop at Spruce Mountain High School. Children ages 12 and under can buy gifts for their family for 25 cents. Donations for the workshop can be dropped off at the Cumberland Farms in Livemore Falls.

Then the Spirit Of The Season Parade will get underway at 5 p.m. with the parade starting from the Memco parking lot in Jay and proceeding down Main Street to Livermore Falls. The lighting of the Spirit of the Season Tree at Geneva Hodgkins Memorial Park will be held before the parade. People can buy bulbs for $5 to remember a loved one with the money going towards buying coats for kids in RSU 73.

The day wraps up with Santa arriving by firetruck.
