Two of your favorite Maine Forest Rangers will be participating in the Pappa's 5K Run/Walk happening Saturday at Messalonskee High School. North Woods Law is a popular televsion on Animal Planet that features Maine Forest Rangers just doing their job...and the country loves it! Officers Kris McCabe and David Ross will do the run! They'll sign autographs after.

I DID IT!! I DID IT!! I can't believe it went by so fast! The Rise 'N Shine 5K Road Race was really over before it began. As we waited at the Walgreens on the opposite side of the circle from Kennebec Savings Bank, we were all cold. Some were stretching, some looping the rotary to prepare. Me, I was just trying to stay warm. It was 38 degrees. Then the airhorn went off!

It's TOMORROW!!! The Rise 'N Shine 19th Annual 5K Road Race happens tomorrow morning! It starts at Kennebec Saving Bank in Augusta and it benefits the KV YMCA. It all comes down to this! The training, the working out, the treadmill, the salads...
