November is going to be a very busy month for Garth Brooks: In addition to the release of his ‘The Ultimate Collection’ box set and holiday duets record with wife Trisha Yearwood, both on Nov. 11, he will release his 11th studio album at the end of the month. ‘Gunslinger,’ Brooks’ new record, is set for release on Nov. 25.

  Thirty-nine years ago this month Reba McEntire made her debut on the Grand Ole Opry, fulfilling a dream that she’d had since her very first visit to the Opry, when she was just seven years old. McEntire’s family drove more than 700 miles from Oklahoma to see her perform. Reba was 22 years old at the time and sang a cover of Roger Miller’s ‘Invitation to the Blues,’ from her debut album. Jana Kramer‘s going to be fighting through a little pain as she gears up for her next Dancing With the Stars performance. The singer has revealed that she sprained a muscle in her rib cage during her performance on Monday night. She said it’s very painful, and it’s hard to breathe and move. Her doctor recommended that I do not dance, but she said she’s going to.

Country star Jana Kramer is on Dancing With The Stars this season. Not the first country star to be on the show. Kelly Pickler won the competition during season 16.

Jana Kramer will be joining the cast of Dancing With the Stars for the TV dancing competition’s 23rd season starting tonight (sept 12). Country star Kellie Pickler took home the Season 16 mirror ball trophy with partner Derek Hough  but big country names haven’t been as successful.  Wynonna Judd, Chuck Wicks, Sara Evans and Billy Ray Cyrus have competed on the show.

Country music is back on ABC's Dancing With the Stars. Singer Jana Kramer will join the Season 23 cast, becoming the first country contestant since Kellie Pickler won it all in 2013. Earlier this month she revealed that she had separated from husband Michael Caussin. The couple have been married 15 months and have a 7-month-old daughter named Jolie. The show starts Sept. 12.

There are more changes coming to Dancing with the Stars as Brooke Burke-Charvet has been let go after seven seasons. Burke-Charvet won DWTS in November 2008 and replaced Samantha Harris as Tom Bergeron’s co-host in 2010. After seven seasons she is being replaced with FOX Sports reports Erin Andrews.
