Tampa Police are Seaching for a Monkey That Breaks into Cars
In Tampa, Florida, cops aren’t monkeying around; they are looking for a monkey that is breaking into cars. This is their second monkey-hunt in as many years when last year they thought they had closed the case when they captured a monkey that was on the loose for three years. Seems they have a copy-monkey on their hands.
Vehicles in the Tampa area are being broken into but nothing is stolen, except food. The cars are being ransacked but things like iPods, GPS and other valuables are still sitting there.
They believe the monkey is simply looking for food. The suspect has been photographed by neighbors and is believed to be a rhesus macaque.
