Actress Valerie Harper has been released from a Maine hospital and is said to be feeling better. The 75-year-old was rushed to the hospital on Wednesday before she was due to perform at the Ogunquit Playhouse.

 

An ambulance was called on Wednesday when Harper was found unconscious backstage before the performance. She’s appearing in ‘Nice Work If You Can Get It.’

Valerie Harper is best known for her role as Rhoda on ‘The Mary Tyler Moore Show’.

She was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer in 2013, but has continued to work.

There’s no word when Harper will return to the role.
