We are really fortunate to have so much great musical talent here in Maine.  It's been like that for decades, and it continues to this day with bands like 12/OC

Originally from Central Maine, they now travel all over New England doing shows at fairs, festivals, and well known music venues.  In fact, in June of 2023, they had the chance to play for a crowd of about 30,000 people at Barefoot Country Fest in Wildwood, New Jersey.

Like all great musicians, the guys from 12/OC love to give back.  It has just been announced that they will be the headliners for the Maine State Police On Tour For The Four event.

On Tour For The Four raises money for the Trooper Black Foundation.  In this case, the money raised will go to support Maine State Police troopers David Lemieux, Jake Mowry, Dakota Stewart and Trooper Recruit Shane St. Pierre.  While responding to a domestic dispute in Hollis, Maine in August, they mowed down by a driver who had drifted off the road.

The Cross Insurance Arena post about the event goes on to say:

They all suffered broken bones which required surgery for their injuries sustained in the crash, and all of them have long roads to recovery ahead. We would love for our community to rally together and show our support for them and their families!

The fundraiser event will be held at the Cross Insurance Arena in Portland on Sunday, November 19th, 2023.  Doors will open at 11 AM with raffles and a silent auction. Toby Mcallister will be on the stage from 1:30-3:00PM and 12/OC will do two sets.  They'll be performing from 3-4PM & 4:30-5:30PM.
