Three country artists will perform during the 2019 Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. Chris Young, Chris Janson and Tenille Townes will all perform during the annual event.

Young, Janson and Townes are part of a lineup for more than a dozen acts from across musical genres who will perform during the 2019 Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. According to Macy's, Janson will be on food brand Green Giant's parade float, while Young will help represent the South Dakota Department of Tourism, and Townes will appear on Cracker Barrel Old Country Store's float.

Young, Janson and Townes' parade appearances will help cap off big years for the three country artists. Townes has seen her star rise thanks to breakout songs including "Somebody's Daughter" and "Jersey on the Wall," while Young is celebrating continued success with new singles "Raised on Country" and "Drowning." He's due to release a new album soon, while Janson recently released a brand-new project of his own, Real Friends.

Other performers booked for the 2019 Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade include TLC, Idina Menzel, Chicago and more. In addition to big-name artists, the massive Thanksgiving Day parade also features giant balloons, floats and "baloonicles" (balloons that roll along the parade route rather than floating in the air), as well as clowns, performance groups and marching bands.

The 2019 Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade will run from 9AM until noon in all time zones on Thursday, Nov. 28, and will air live from New York City on NBC. The parade begins at West 77th Street and Central Park West and heads down to Columbus Circle, and then down 6th Avenue to the Macy's location in Herald Square.
