3-States Are Following Maine’s Example

The victories in Michigan, Missouri and Utah expand the significant gains in the movement to legalize marijuana. Michigan has become the 10th state to legalize marijuana for recreational use, a first for a midwest state. While Missouri and Utah are the 31st and 32nd states to legalize it for medicinal purposes. In North Dakota, voters rejected a measure that would have legalized recreational marijuana.
