Travelers heading north on I-95 through Waterville should be aware that an accident has caused significant traffic problems.

According to information from the Maine Department of Transportation, as of 2:30PM on July 13, traffic on I-95 north around mile 127 in Waterville has been reduced to one lane due to a truck off the road.
