According to a press release from Augusta Police Department, Deputy Chief Lully, the Big Apple on Stone Street was robbed again last night.

The Augusta Police Department is currently investigating a Robbery that occurred early this morning, January 14 th at or about 01:21am on Stone Street, in Augusta. According to the caller, an unidentified male suspect entered the store, displayed a firearm and demanded an undisclosed amount of money and merchandise. There were no injuries reported as a result of this robbery. The suspect is described as white male, approximately 6’03” - 6’06”, 160-200 lbs., dark blue sweatshirt, black sneakers, backpack, and dark gray sweatpants.
