The Best Fried Chicken in Maine Comes From This Unlikely Hidden Gem

While several Maine restaurants are notorious for how good their chicken tenders are, there are few Maine restaurants that have become known for their fried chicken.

Yes, there is a difference!  While chicken tenders are made from chicken, battered (or breaded), and fried, they are not fried chicken.

So, where do you go if you want good fried chicken in Maine?  Well, you could go to one of the chain restaurants.  The employees of these places do a good job, and you always know the flavor will be consistent, no matter which location you buy from.
