Despite the fact that our state is a frozen tundra for much of the year, here in Maine, we love our ice cream!

Recently, we told you that the best 'ice cream parlor' in Maine was a gelato place located in Portland.  Oddly enough, they don't actually sell ice cream.  Gorgeous Gelato sells gelato.  Yes, there are differences!

For Maine, the notable magazine selected Beals Old-Fashioned Ice Cream.
