Blake Shelton Rewrites His Favorite Country Songs
Instead of writing new songs for his next album, Blake Shelton has taken to rewriting hits from other country music stars. Kenny Chesney‘s ‘Come Over’ and Tim McGraw‘s ‘Live Like You Were Dying’ were his two victims choices in the past 24 hours.
Shelton is always fun to follow on Twitter, but if he keeps this up, there will be a whole new reason to check him out. Things must be a little dull on the set of ‘The Voice,’ or maybe he’s got a few days off to spend with wife Miranda Lambert. That seems more likely.
“Waiting for @Miranda_Lambert to bring out cheese sticks and other shit at The Eagles Nest parking lot (gas station) in Milburn, Ok,” he wrote Friday morning, including the hashtag “#fame.’
Ah, the life of a famous country star!
