According to a press release from the Maine Department of Public Safety, authorities are looking for the public's help in locating a missing 28-year-old woman from Windsor, Maine.

The press release explains that Brandy Foster has neurodevelopmental disorders.  She was last seen at about 11 p.m. on Sunday night at her home on Sunset Terrace in Windsor.

Her grandmother awoke at 8 a.m. to find that both Brandy and her shih tzu, Daisy, were missing.

She went missing from her home sometime during that 9-hour period of time.

The press release describes Brandy as:

Brandy is a white female, 5’06”, 120 Lbs., with brown hair and hazel eyes. Brandy was last seen wearing black pants. She should have a red backpack that says “PITA” with her as well as a black wallet with a bow and sequins. The dog should be wearing a pink sweatshirt. At this time it is unknown if she left on foot or in a car.

If you know anything about Brandy's whereabouts, or you have seen her, the easiest way to contact the authorities is to call 911.  Or, you can call the Maine State Police at 207.624.7076.
