Over the last few weeks, we have had the pleasure of announcing that some of the biggest names in country music would be performing in Maine this summer.  In addition to a bunch of the newer artists, we’re also excited that some true legends will be visiting the Pine Tree State this summer.

Today’s announcement is really special, though.  Chris Stapleton has that cross-genre appeal.  And, on top of being a great artist, he is an amazing storyteller.  If you only attend one concert this year, it should be this one!

Chris Stapleton’s All American Road Show will be at the Maine Savings Amphitheater in Bangor on Thursday, July 6th, 2023.

He’ll be joined by Marty Stuart and Allen Stone.

Feeling the call of country music, Stapleton moved to Nashville in 2001.  Like most artists, he started his career as a songwriter.  Before too long, though, he had joined several bands, including a southern rock band called The Jompson Brothers.

In 2015, he released his first big album, Traveller.  On that album were several really well known songs including “Parachute” and “Tennessee Whiskey”.  Since then, he has had numerous hits including “Starting Over” and “You Should Probably Leave”.

Tickets go on sale at 10 AM on Friday, February 10th, 2023.

There will be a special pre-sale on Thursday, February 9th.  Download our app for more details about that!

Some of the other big names coming to the Maine Savings Amphitheater this summer include Lee Brice W/ Cole Swindell, Kane Brown, Brantley Gilbert (with Nickelback), and Hank Williams Jr.
