Water That Christmas Tree So it Does Not Become LIIIIT!

I don't do the real Christmas tree thing for a lot of reasons. One of them is fear. I have a fear of fire. No so much loosing my stuff, but of someone getting hurt, or worse.  Here is a video from the National Fire Protection Association on just how quickly a dry tree can go up in flames.  Check out this video....IKES! 

The bottom line is...if you have a cut tree in your home...don't let is dry out.

The other reasons I don't have real tree at Christmas is the smell. For the first few minutes is nice but then it makes my eyes itch. Real trees shed needles and I am just to L-A-Z-Y to keep up with it.

Besides I am not giving ShadowDog one moment to think 'Cool, she moved my bathroom in the house for the cold weather!'  Ya...no.
