Members of the Maine State Police had their hands full on Thursday morning as they dealt with a crashed tractor-trailer in Clinton.

According to a press release from the Maine Department of Public Safety's Shannon Moss, early Thursday morning, just before 4 AM, a passerby called in a tractor-trailer crash on I-95 northbound near mile marker 141 in Clinton.

Authorities say the truck left the roadway and slammed into the center median.  The driver was taken to Thayer Hospital in Waterville by Clinton Ambulance with injuries that are not considered life-threatening.

As of now, the cause of the crash is still under investigation.

The crash did cause some traffic delays in that area as the crash was cleaned up.
