Brett Young has done something this year no other country act has accomplished; his single ‘In Case You Didn’t Know’ has reached RIAA-platinum certification. The song is also his first to reach one million sales. This is his second number one hit following the success of ‘Sleep without You.’ According to tasteofcountry.com both number one hits are off his self-titled album released earlier this year.

For the ninth year Luke Bryan’s ‘Farm Tour’ is back. The singer made the announcement Thursday morning. The 2017 version will run September 28 through October 7 with Jon Pardi as the opening act. The Farm Tour raises money to help students from farming families with college scholarships. So far More than 50 college scholarships have been awarded. According to tasteofcountry.com, here is the schedule:

Sept. 28 – Lincoln, Neb. @ Benes Farm

 Sept. 29 – Baldwin City, Kan. @ Don-Ale Farms

 Sept. 30 – Boone, Iowa @ Ziel Farm

 Oct. 5 – Fort Wayne, Ind. @ Spangler Farms West

 Oct. 6 – Edinburg, Ill. @ Ayers Family Farm

 Oct. 7 – Centralia, Mo. @ Stowers Farm

Eric Church will open a ‘pop up store’ for the third year in row for his two upcoming shows in Nashville and CMA music fest. Tasteofcountry.com says the store will feature one-of-a-kind items from Church’s collection including vintage touring merchandise. Both shows are sold out but if fans buy a special poster in the pop up store, they may find a pair of tickets hidden inside.
