
Country News: Jason Aldean Cancels Three Shows After Las Vegas Shooting
Jason Aldean has cancelled three upcoming tour stops two days after the Las Vegas shootings at the Route 91 Harvest Festival. Aldean thanked fans for the support he received and indicated their not sure how they will handle his upcoming show dates. On theboot.com they tell us Aldean was on stage singing his hit ‘When She Says Baby’ when the gunman opened fire on the crowd.
Hayley Geftman-Gold, a CBS network vice president in business affairs has been fired because of a Facebook post after the shootings in Vegas. According to theboot.com the statement she wrote said: ‘I’m actually not even sympathetic bc country music fans often are Republican gun toters.’
Florida Georgia Line is challenging other country stars to do as they have done, make a donation to the shooting victims in Las Vegas. According to theboot.com the duo donated $10,000 to the cause and are encouraging their friends to do the same.
