Thomas Rhett and his wife Lauren are expecting two babies this year. She is pregnant and they are in the process of adopting a baby from Africa. He says the adoption is a roller coaster of emotion and he can’t release much info about the process. The adoption date is still unknown but Lauren is expected to give birth sometime in August.

Josh Turners last album, Deep South, is his first since 2012 and he says there were some doubts the album would ever be released. He says he started writing for the album in 2013 and at times he was scratching his head thinking it wasn’t going to happen. Turner wrote 80 songs for the project but only 11 made the cut.
