
Country News: Lynn Anderson Exhibit Opens at the Country Music Hall of Fame
An exhibit at The Country Music Hall of Fame called Lynn Anderson: Keep Me in Mind is now open. On theboot.com they tell us the exhibit includes Anderson’s Grammy trophy for Best Female Performance for her song Rose Garden and the dress she wore for the cover of that album. The exhibit will be open through June 24, 2018. Anderson died of a heart attack in 2015.
Garth Brooks announce a five-part multimedia series called Garth Brooks: The Anthology that will take readers through his career from beginning to present. On theboot.com the first of the series will be released on November 14 and will take an in-depth look at the first five years of his career. The project will be a five CD set that will include never heard demos and more than 150 never before seen photos.
According to theboot.com Lady Antebellum have cancelled their upcoming concerts in South Africa due to Hillary Scott’s pregnancy. They were due to perform in October but it has been advised that it would be in the best interest of Scott’s health and that of her twins not to travel.
