Day 2 Of Camp Out Hunger & Donations Are Rolling In

We are well into Day 2 of Camp Out Hunger and things are rolling in, legit some rolled a flatbed shopping cart across the parking lot from Sam's Club with a donation, a lady brought us a sweet treat of tootsie rolls and another amazing donor brought us penny rolls for all the change people are donating.

Oh and you can't forget about us rolling to Dunkin on the fancy golf cart donated by Ripley and Fletcher Pre-owned. Told you, I wasn't kidding things are really rolling around here!

This morning started out a little chilly as we woke up our microphones covered in frost, but the day cleared off. We got an amazing visit from long-time radio star, Renee Nelson who recently retired from 92 Moose, and we have had the pleasure of meeting so many of our amazing supporters.

We have changed a few things up for our annual event this year and one new addition to Camp Out Hunger 2021 is that we are now accepting pet food donations for Spectrum Generations meals on wheels. We are also accepting health and beauty products, too. Soap, shampoo, diapers, deodorant, laundry detergent, toothbrushes, toothpaste, feminine hygiene products etc.
