Early Thursday Morning Fire Destroys Waterville Apartment Building

According to the KJ, an early Thursday morning fire destroyed an apartment building on the city's South End.

The first, at 37 Carey Lane, was reported at about 12:17 AM on Thursday, December 3rd.

It appears the building was completely destroyed in the fire.

In addition to the Waterville Fire and Rescue Department, other responding agencies included firefighters from Clinton, China, Fairfield, Oakland and Winslow.
