Easton Corbin has released the second single, 'Baby Be My Love Song,' from his upcoming new album. The song, written by hitmakers Brett James and Jim Collins, was one Corbin knew from the very first listen that he wanted to include on the record.

"I was like, 'Man, that song really feels good,'" he recalls to USA Today. "So I took it and kept listening to it, and I felt like every time I listened it got better and more contagious."

With catchy, clever lines like, "Baby be my love song / Baby be my all night long / Be the buzz in my Dixie cup / My steady rockin’ ‘til the sun comes up / You know I really love to watch you dance / Baby be my, 'Oh hell yeah' / I feel a little sing-along, sing-along comin’ on / Baby be my love song," the Florida native has high hopes for the new single.

"I'm really fired up about this song, to see what it's going to do," he notes. "I think it's a very fresh sound, but it's still country, right down the middle."

Corbin's sophomore album, 'All Over the Road,' was released in 2012, but the singer says he never stops focusing on his next project.

“I’m always thinking about it,” Corbin tells The Boot. “I think the creative process should always continue, and I’m looking for new songs [and] writing. They say you have a lot of time to prepare the first record, the second record sneaks right up on you. I’m not going to let that happen with the third one.”

There is no word yet when the new album will be released.
