The former White Rock distillery in Lewiston has been sold to a subsidiary of Sazerac Co. that is headquartered out of New Orleans.Beam bought White Rock in 2012 from the Coulombe family for $605 million in cash and announced earlier this year that production of Pinnacle Vodka and Calico Jack Rum lines were being moved to Kentucky.

Sazerac produces whiskey, vodka, gin, tequila, rum, brandy, cognac, cocktails, cordials, liqueurs and wines. It's one of the largest distillers in the country, they also own Buffalo Trace Distillery, A.Smith Bowman, Glenmore Distillery, Barton, Fleischmann, Medley and Mr. Boston.

The sale includes the building, land and equipment.
