FOX to Air Live Vesion of Grease
FOX TV will have a live version of the musical ‘Grease’ featuring Julianna Hough as Sandy. Vanessa Hudgens will take the role of bad girl ‘Rizzo’. Hough from Dancing with the Stars and Hudgens from High School Musical still don’t know who will play Danny Zuko.
Julianna Hough says this is her dream role; she’s been playing it since she was kid and now will make her dream come true. Vanessa Hudgens loves taking on the role of ‘Pink Lady’ Rizzo, especially the chance to bring her life on live TV.
FOX is following in the footsteps of NBC who aired live versions of the Sound of Music and Peter Pan.
Grease will air in January of 2015.
