‘General Hospital’ Goes Live Today And Monday

ABC's Daytime Drama, 'General Hospital' will be going old school when they air live episodes on May 15th and May 18th.

The soap just recently celebrated it's 52nd anniversary.

Executive producer Frank Valentini said in a statement that 'taking such an iconic show as 'General Hospital' live for two days is both exhilarating and risky.' Adding that, 'it's live television and absolutely anything can happen, but that is what's fun about this and we're absolutely up to the challenge.'

'General Hospital' premiered on April 1, 1963.
