While tomorrow (November 15th) is going to be a decent day, the nasty weather will roll into Central Maine and midcoast Maine as night falls.

According to WMTW, it will be sunny with seasonable temperatures throughout most of the day on Sunday.  However, rain will roll into the state in late afternoon or early evening.  By 6 PM, most of Central Maine and the midcoast region can expect rain.  There is also a chance that higher elevations and parts of Western Maine could see snow or mixed precipitation.

The rain will travel through our area fairly quickly because it is being driven by strong winds.  These winds, which will roll through our area starting between midnight and 1 AM on Monday, will be really gusty.  In Central Maine, we could see gusts as high as 50 miles per hour.  On the midcoast, we could see gusts of up to 60 miles per hour.

Quite a difference from the sunny 70* days we had at the beginning of the week, eh?  Remember, this is just a taste of the winter that is ahead of us.  Be prepared and be safe!
