Our pets are our furry children that we spoil, cuddle, and let walk all over us. Literally, I let my pup walk all over my body.

And each of our beautiful little babies has an adoption story or a story about the day we brought them home.

It doesn’t matter if your darling pet came from a local shelter, fancy shmancy breeder, or just appeared on your doorstep, everyone has a story.

It's time to share a photo of them and their story in our Happy Tails contest, sponsored by Sharyn Peavey Photography, and you could win a $500 VISA gift card courtesy of KV Federal Credit Union.

How to Enter the Happy Tails Contest for a Chance to Win a $500 Gift Card

Tell us how you and your pet become a pair, and don’t you dare hold back on any of the mushy emotional details.

This includes all of the crazy chaos they brought with them! Make us laugh, grab tissues, ugly cry,  and want to run out to adopt 12 more!

In the form below, submit a photo of your pet (one you've taken, no professional pics, please) and your pet's story in about 100 words or less. Also be sure to tell us your name, phone, and email so we can contact you if you've won!

After the submission period has ended, starting Friday, March 28, 2025, you will be able to vote and choose your favorite "Happy Tail." Get it?

The winning pet owner will score a $500 VISA gift card, so you can get all those items and treats your pet will love.
