Hatred for Patriots Will Keep Gov. LePage from Inviting the Super Bowl Champs to Maine

Most Mainers are still riding the high of the New England Patriots improbable come from behind Super Bowl victory. How cool would it be to have members of the team come to the largest state in New England. Well, your Governor says he will not invite them.

According to boston.com, Gov. Paul LePage will not send a come-to-Maine letter to the team after their historic championship win against the Atlanta Falcons.

LePage said there was “no chance” that he would invite them because the Patriots are “bad business” and lack “character and integrity.”
