One of the great things about minor league baseball is how cheap everything is!  This is true for the snacks, beer, souvenirs, even the tickets!

Well, today, the already cheap tickets for Portland Sea Dogs games at Hadlock Field are getting even cheaper!

According to WMTW, today (April 4th) is the Sea Dogs' annual "dime-a-degree" sale.

The idea is that the day's price is set by the temperature at Hadlock Field at 9 AM on the day of the sale.  And, since the temp at the Sea Dogs' home field was 40 degrees at 9 AM, the price for the tickets are $4.90!

General admission tickets at Hadlock Field usually cost baseball fans $11 for adults and $8 for kids and seniors.  So, that's basically half price for normal adult tickets!

This deal is good for tickets for any home game in the upcoming season and there is no limit on the number of tickets

The deal is good until 11:59 PM tonight (April 4th, 2023). Get tickets HERE

The Sea Dogs home opener is versus the Rumble Ponies on Thursday, April 6th.

The Portland Sea Dogs, established in 1994, are a AA affiliate of the Boston Red Sox.  The Portland Sea Dogs play at Hadlock Field, which is named for Portland High School baseball coach Edson Hadlock.

In addition to giving fans the opportunity to see some amazing up and coming baseball players, and players from the Red Sox who are rehabbing, the Portland Sea Dogs have some amazing promotional events.  For example, this weekend, the park will host an Easter Egg Hunt!
