There's a lot going on in Falmouth. Next to the Shaw's Plaza, they are building a mixed-use project called The Shops at Falmouth Center. It's going to have retail and office space and 46 market-rate apartments. This is all next to the mini-mall with Planet Fitness and Ocean State Job Lots. But it's the anticipation, and the guessing that's driving me insane! What could it be? What will it be? Why is it taking so long? We'll keep watching...
