While filming scenes for the new James Bond film, ‘Spectre’, Daniel Craig sustained a knee injury. During a break in production over the Easter weekend, he flew to New York to have minor knee surgery.

‘Spectre’, will be the 24th Bond film and Craig’s 4th. ‘Spectre’ is the international crime syndicate that was featured in Sean Connery era films.

Filming for the new movie has been done at Pinewood Studios in England and will now move to Rome and Mexico.  Following his arthroscopic knee surgery Craig will rejoin the cast on April 22.

The new Bond film ‘Spectre will be released on November 6, 2015.
