Maine really is a great place to be a country music fan.

We get to see some of the biggest artists at our larger venues, like the Maine Savings Amphitheater.  And, we get to see some amazing up-and-coming artists at our smaller venues and at our agricultural fairs.

For example, Jameson Rodgers has just been announced as one of the performers at the Bangor State Fair.

According to a post on the fair's Facebook page, the "Some Girls" and "Cold Beer Callin' My Name" singer will perform at the fair on Friday, August 4th, 2023.

Tickets go on sale at 10 AM this Friday (April 14th).  Get all of the details and purchase tickets HERE

Jameson Rodgers was born and raised in Batesville, Mississippi.  He played baseball in college, but his true love was music.  He started writing and performing his own music.  In 2010, he made the move to Nashville and never looked back.

He released several EPs before, in 2019, he was signed to Columbia Records Nashville.

Some of the other amazing concerts coming to Maine this summer include Cole Swindell / Lee Brice on May 28th, Kane Brown on June 22nd, Chris Stapleton on July 7th, and Jelly Roll on August 5th.  Check out those shows and more on the Waterfront Concerts website.
