Lewiston Police Investigate Wednesday Night Gunfire

According to Yahoo, Lewiston Police Department officers swarmed through downtown Lewiston on Wednesday evening after getting reports of gunfire.

It does not sound like anyone was hit by the gunfire, but witnesses reported hearing between four and five shots.

The shooting seemed to be in the vicinity of Maple Street and Blake Street.

Police continue to investigate.
