Maine Cabin Masters Asking For Public Support At Town Meeting

You probably know the team from the Kennebec Cabin Company, AKA Maine Cabin Masters, from their TV show about renovating and rebuilding cabins throughout Maine.  Or, maybe you have been lucky enough to see their work firsthand?  Regardless, did you know they have a side business in The Woodshed.

Their website refers to The Woodshed as the company's "entertainment division".

The small restaurant / bar features live entertainment, beer, wine, and light fare.  They serve up sandwiches, soups, salads, and snacks.

They are scheduled to appear at the town meeting at Manchester Town Hall tonight at 6 o'clock.  Their purpose for appearing is to request event permitting.

However, they are asking for the public's support at tonight's meeting.

A Facebook post by Ryan Eldridge says, in part:

It has just come to our attention that our Town Meeting tonight to apply for event permitting has become a fight for the survival of the Woodshed. We could use a show of support at the Manchester Town Hall at 6pm. Thank you in advance and we apologize for the short warning.

According to the meeting agenda, which can be found here, they do intend to discuss a "Mass Gathering Permit – The Woodshed".  Other than that, not much is known about what is to be discussed at the meeting.
