There is no doubt that 2020 has been a rough year for a lot of people.  As a result, we have seen a massive increase in food insecurity.

On the other hand, we've seen more people than ever step up to help those in need.  The massive amount of food collected by our Camp Out Hunger food drive was proof of that.

According to WABI, the people behind the TV show Maine Cabin Masters are planning their own drive-through food drive.  It will take place at their Kennebec Cabin Company office in Manchester this Friday from 1 PM to 4 PM.

The Maine Cabin Masters crew will be on hand to greet donors and they are asking everyone to wear masks and stay in their cars.

Food collected will go to the Augusta Food Bank.

Maine Cabin Masters' Ryan Eldridge said:

We’ve been given the wonderful opportunity to be able to reach so many people, so we’d like to use that gift we’ve been given, this voice we have, to try to reach out to as many people as we can and provide to our hometown.  We wouldn’t be where we are right now without these people too, so anything we can do to give back really means the world to us.
