
Maine Ranks High In The Country As ‘Emotionally Recharged’.
We are almost one month into 2015 and many Americans made resolutions to feel better and avoid burnout. Lantern is a groundbreaking online mobile tool that evaluates your mind health. They recently surveyed 3,000 Americans to determine how frequently respondents are taking action to renew, refresh, and recharge their emotional well-being.
Maine ranked as the 11th highest 'emotionally recharged' state in the country.
The survey shows the percentage of residents who have regularly learn something new, share a moment of closeness with a loved one, have a meaningful conversation with a friend, do a good deed for someone else, or engage in activities that help them rest, recharge, and unwind.
Maine came in 11th at 64%. New Hampshire was deemed the most 'Emotionally Recharged' state at 75%.
