At the Boston Red Sox game tonight against the Baltimore Orioles, 23 Maine students will be on hand during the National Anthem.

As the national Anthem is being sung the students will stand behind home plate and ‘sign’ the anthem. According to centralmaine.com The Sound of Silence community group was chosen to use sign language during the singing of ‘The Star Spangled Banner.’ The Sounds of Silence will be signing the national anthem during a live performance of the song by Karen St. George, a teacher from Westford, Massachusetts.
