My Love/Hate Relationship With McCoy!

Oh my goodness!  Temptations are everywhere.  I certainly can't even hide from them.  You'd think a plain ol studio would be a safe place.  Nope, no way.  Not when you have wonderful people like, Deb, from Heavenly Delights who drop off a box of fantastic yumminess. 

Being on my diet, there is no way I can even allow myself to even have a little taste.  It's all or nothing for me.  I can't be trusted.  A little taste will lead to a bigger bite and then the entire box would be gone.  So, I put my will power (which is a lot stronger now) into force and resisted temptation.

In turn, I forced the goodies down McCoy's throat.  Better him than me...am I right?  I love him for standing up and taking one for the team!  I mean, he can eat and eat and eat...and not gain a pound.  I hate him for that.  I may have even gained a couple pounds watching him eat...that would be my luck.  (Sigh)

I do have a wonderful update on my Mend-A-Body Solutions diet.  That will come later this week.  I'm feeling great!
