New Restaurant Coming To Lewiston

According to the Sun Journal, there will soon be a new restaurant at the Lewiston Mall.

Dave Paine, formerly of the Ramada Inn, will be opening Dave's American Buffet in the old Hibachi location at the Lewiston Mall.

After being the in the service industry for four decades, he felt it was time to open his own place.

Food will consist of American comfort food: mac and cheese, grilled chicken, mashed potatoes, etc.  He plans to have about 15 hot items during lunch and 20 plus during dinner.  He plans to be open 7 days a week and will, eventually, expand into serving breakfast.  He says he'll also be doing theme nights - like seafood night or rib night.

According to their website, they plan to open the first week of January
