NJ Man Clocked At 139 MPH In Sidney

According to the Portland Press Herald, Sang Yook of New Jersey claimed another vehicle was "right on his tail" and that he normally doesn't speed. This is what he told Trooper Adam Kelley, after he got out of his car to ask for a break, and refused to get back in.
