According to WMTW, a swimmer has died in Cobbosseecontee Lake in Manchester.

All Cpl. John MacDonald of the Maine Warden Service would say is that someone died in a "swimming related incident".

According to Wikipedia, Cobbosseecontee Lake, also-known-as Cobbossee Lake, covers nearly 9 square miles in Manchester, Monmouth, West Gardiner, Winthrop, and Litchfield.  Parts of it have a depth of up to 100 feet.

The lake has about two dozen islands and a twenty-five foot tall lighthouse.
