When it comes to wildlife here in the Pine Tree State, we are pretty lucky not to have alligators that could rip us limb from limb, snakes that could kill us with a quick bite and release of poisonous venom or spiders the size of softballs.

A woman in Bangor was driving along in her van just after midnight this past Wednesday morning and her van hit a cat. She thought that the cat was seriously injured or dead, she placed the cat in her van and proceeded to try to get help for the cat.
