Today’s R2S: Dog And Owner Reunited

Nicole Grimes of West Brownsville, Pennsylvania, said because she was an only child at the time, her grandmother picked out a puppy to be a companion for her.

However, when Grimes was 14, her father got a job working from home, and Chloe was too loud and during his work day. They took her to Washington Area Humane Society, and never knew what happened to her. Turns out chloe was adopted by an elderly couple and when they passed, she was taken in by their neighbors. Eventually the neighbors couldn’t take care of the dog anymore so they took to facebook to find someone who can take her in, and it just so happened that Nicole was one of their facebook friends.

On a whim she took the dog in due to the nostalgia of her childhood pet. After taking Chloe to the vet and found out this dog was her dog from her childhood.
