Today’s R2S: Reporter Goes Above & Beyond To Return Family’s Dog

In Houston Texas, the Mathias family was driving through on their way home to Fort Worth on a road trip with their dog Lucy when they stopped for food. They were not gone long after tying Lucy to a tree so she'd get fresh air. While they were gone, a woman was spotted untying Lucy and dragging her to her car before driving away.

Well Matt Dougherty of KHOU the Houston CBS affiliate made it his mission to find this woman and return Lucy to the family that misses her. You can see the video of how it transpired below.
